charlotte says...we got a rescue german shephard mix 2 months ago who had been badly infested with fleas and was almost constantly chewing and itching his skin. he had a short course (4 days) of steroids from the vet to help to heal the worst patches and on to dermacoat, within 1 - 2 weeks he had no itching or chewing of his skin any more. His hair has grown back too. We are being very strict about not feeding him scraps or treats and are using the dermacoat food as treaties, which he loves. expensive but worth it in reduced vet bills!
John.g says...Having not known of this product untill today 15/11/13 I am hoping that this will help her to get relief.
Chris says...I have 2 border terriers, one of which has sensitive skin. It was often pink and he was constantly scratching. Within 2 weeks of switching to Royal Canin Dermacomfort
our boy was so much more comfortable.. He is only just into the suggested weight range and our girl is smaller at 9.5kg. Neither dog had any problem with the size and I think even smaller dogs would be fine with it as well.
