What is included in our Petbarn Price Guarantee?

  • The everyday or promotional price of any identical product stocked by an Australian physical or online competitor (i.e. a “.com.au” domain).
  • The competitor has the identical product in stock at the time you are purchasing the product from us.
  • Single order prices.
  • The Petbarn Price Guarantee is only available at the time of purchase - past or future transactions will not be considered.

What is excluded from our Petbarn Price Guarantee?

  • Any subscription pricing, including repeat delivery or order services.
  • Discounts offered to any staff or similar discounts.
  • Cash-back, gift vouchers and bundled offers.
  • Commercial quantities and pricing.
  • Liquidations, clearance and end of range stock.
  • Short-dated or damaged stock.
  • Services such as insurance, grooming, dog-wash and adoptions.
  • Products advertised on marketplace, auction or classifieds websites.
  • Freight or shipping costs are not included; price match is based on product display price only.
  • Prices that are below our cost price.
  • Completed sales transactions.
  • Future sales transactions.
  • No further discounts can be applied in addition to the Petbarn Price Guarantee, such as Frequent Feeder.
