About Pet Dating

Petbarn is committed to helping match wonderful adoptable pets with loving families. Together with The Pet Foundation and our shelter partners, Petbarn helps find forever homes for thousands of dogs, cats, rabbits and other animals every day through our adoption centres in store.

With romance set to bloom this Valentine’s Day, The Pet Foundation together with Petbarn invites you our National Pet Dating day where you could meet your purr-fect match.

Petbarn stores* across the country will play cupid and host pet dates on Saturday 11 February. Potential pet parents can choose to go on a mini-date with a number of cuddly animals. While adoption pets available will vary from store to store, ranging from playful kittens to senior cats, puppies, dogs or even rabbits, there will be no shortage of loving animals all looking for a forever home.

To find which stores will be participating in the event and what adoption animals are available at each store see the list below.

· Animals are subject to availability on the day. Some rescue groups may only have limited numbers of animals in store. Profiles of other animals up for adoption will be available.
· In the case of extreme temperatures events may need to be cancelled in some locations.
· Not all groups allow same day adoption. We will be following our rescue partners adoption process.

Can’t find your purrrfect match.. please visit to see other animals available for adoption through the RSPCA and our stores.

11:00am - 3:00pm | 11th February 2017
