• Why should I use the Petbarn App? 

  The Petbarn App is here to help make pet parenting easier. We know there is a lot to juggle being a pet parent and with the Petbarn App, the help you need isat your fingertips. Set up certain features for a more personalised experience, track your orders, set up and manage repeat delivery orders, access loyalty vouchers with ease, stay pup-to-date with reminders to help your bestie stay safe all year round, and so much more – direct from your mobile!

• How do I download the Petbarn App? 

  Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play, search Petbarn, and then download the Petbarn App to your device.

• Do I need to be a  Petbarn Friends for Life Member to use the Petbarn App? 

  You don’t need to be a Petbarn Friends for Life Member to use the PetbarnApp and you can browse as a guest. You will need to become a Member (if you are not a Member already) and log on to your Account so that you can set up certain featuresand access all the pawsome features of the Petbarn App and Member benefits on offer.

• The Petbarn App isn’t working properly for me, what should I do? 

  For the best experience, make sure you always have the latest version of the Petbarn App. If updating the version doesn’t help, please contact our Customer Service Team who may be able to help you.

• Can I use the Petbarn App without using PetAI? 

  Yes, you can – the choice is yours!
