TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are Friends for Life members.
- Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Participating Stores and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
- Entries into the promotion open on 07/04/2025 and close at 11:59pm AEST on 27/04/2025 (“Promotional Period”).
- A “Participating Store” is any Petbarn store nationally, including online at Petbarn.com.au.
- To receive automatic entry into the draw, individuals must spend $20 or more (in a single transaction) on any dog or cat pet toy/s at a Participating Store during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Transaction”). Entrants must quote their Friends for Life membership at the time of making their Qualifying Transaction or be logged into their account if making a Qualifying Transaction online.
- Multiple entries are permitted however, only one (1) entry is permitted per transaction regardless of the amount spent on cat/dog toys in excess of $20 in the Qualifying Transaction.
- The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and reserves the right to disqualify any individual who breaches these Terms and Conditions.
- Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
- If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right to determine the identity of the entrant.
- The draw will take place at Anisimoff Legal L3/162 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 on 30/04/2025 at 1:00pm AEST.
- The winner will be notified by email first and then phone if necessary, within two (2) business days of the draw and will be published at Petbarn Competitions on 02/05/2025.
- The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The first valid entry drawn will win a family trip for two (2) adults and two (2) children (12 years or under) to Sydney, NSW for the 2025 Premiere of Disney’s Lilo & Stitch valued at up to $4,500.
- Spending money, meals, insurance, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included.
- The prize must be taken to coincide with the 2025 Premiere of Disney’s Lilo & Stitch event.
- The 2025 Preview Screening Event of Disney’s Lilo & Stitch tickets are subject to the event venue and ticket terms and conditions.
- Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason the winner does not take the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.
- If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal value.
- Total prize pool value is up to $4,500.
- The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
- A draw for the prize, if unclaimed, may take place on 12/05/2025 at the same time and place as the original draw.
- Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in any media for promotional purposes.
- If this promotion is interfered with or cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion.
- Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility.
- The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical means to repeatedly enter is prohibited.
- The Promoter collects personal information to conduct the promotion and may disclose such information to third parties as required.
