The Petbarn Foundation have proudly supported RSPCA for 10 years. Through this partnership the Petbarn Foundation has provided pet food and supplies, as well as parasite prevention to various RSPCA NSW Healthy Pet Outreach Days, held across NSW. The Greencross Penrith Coreen Avenue team have also supported various Healthy Pet Days, providing veterinary care and advice to the community.
In 2022, the Petbarn Foundation has donated pet food and supplies to 4200 pet owners and rescue groups plus 78 Community Outreach Centres.
The Greencross Vets team has also supported health care checks and supplies to over 264 pet owners in low socioeconomic areas, providing 472 vaccinations, 211 microchips, as well as signing up 187 pets for subsidised desexing.
These Healthy Pet Community Outreach Days continue to have a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of the pets and pet parents in our local communities.
