Turkey muscle meat is an excellent source of protein with a lower allergenic profile than some other meats. Turkey thighs are a great source of the amino acid tryptophan, which is thought to have a calming effect. Organ meat is power-packed with vitamins and minerals while the vegetables and wholefoods provide fibre and phytonutrients.
