Thousands of rescue pets are looking for loving homes. We give pets in need a second chance by partnering with rescues to rehome pets in-store and encouraging Australians to choose adoption first.

Cat Adoption

Our in-store adoption centres make rescue cats and kittens more accessible to the public, with 100% of the adoption fees returned to our adoption partners.

Dog Adoption

We've partnered with SavourLife Adopt-A-Dog to connect you with thousands of rescue dogs and puppies across Australia. The platform makes it easy to search for a pet that suits your lifestyle.

Other Pets Adoption

Petbarn occasionally has small pets like rabbits, guinea pigs or birds available for adoption through select Adoption Centres. You can also explore available rescue pets through our rescue partners like RSPCA.

Petbarn Foundation have partnered with RSPCA since 2012, supporting the adoption of thousands of pets through our in-store Adoption Centres as well as funding vital domestic violence initiatives and community outreach work.

Petbarn Foundation partner with SavourLife to help more rescue dogs find their forever homes, by connecting you with rescues across Australia via the Adopt-A-Dog platform.

We had recently lost our beloved 17 year old cat and we were missing him terribly. As soon as we laid eyes on Ollie (formally Coconut) we knew he was the right cat for our family.

Because we were looking for a friend for our dog, we looked at buying a puppy but didn't want to go through puppy stage again so we went the local shelter and PetBarn Dubbo and looked around. We found Percy and decided to adopt him.
