Archy

Archy has gone on lots of adventures with his SEDA Puppy Carer and his favourite was a visit to Science Works because he loved all of the attention that he received from fellow visitors. His SEDA Puppy Carer was quick to educate people about the importance of not patting him when he is wearing his coat.Archy is very comfortable in crowds

The young pup also enjoyed numerous train rides and shopping centre visits and he is very familiar with crowds and noisy public places.

Archy enjoyed a day out with his SEDA Puppy Carer and fellow Seeing Eye Pups at a national park (located over an hour away from home).  The pups discovered a mud hole half way through the walk and the pups enjoyed this the most!  Archy led the pack into the mud, much to the other puppies delight (and the dismay of the SEDA Puppy Carers!)

Archy is a very energetic, playful and clever boy who continues to develop his obedience skills, which will be essential for his future work as a Seeing Eye Dog.

Chilli

Chilli is such a happy and well-behaved puppy, frequently getting praised by strangers for her impeccable obedience and manners when out and about with her SEDA Puppy Carer.

Recently Chilli enjoyed a train ride to the shops, where she sat eagerly along the tracks awaiting the train’s arrival and making sure to sit safely behind the yellow line.  So cute

She also enjoyed being able to go on more walks in the sunshine with her SEDA Puppy Carer as the weather has warmed up. Chilli walks very confidently in public places and has mastered walking up and down stairs.

Chilli is an extremely gorgeous and well behaved girl who continues to progress very well on her journey into becoming a working Seeing Eye Dog.

Maverick

Maverick continues to impress his SEDA Puppy Carer with his obedience and gentle nature. He has energy to burn and loves nothing more than playing fetch in the backyard with his favourite stick.Maverick looking quite happy

Maverick’s SEDA Puppy Carers have no idea where the young pup gets his energy from and sometimes have trouble keeping up. The young pup is very hard working and understands that when he is wearing his blue SEDA coat, he means business.  Nothing really phases the young pup while out in public and he does not get distracted by crowds or loud noises. The clever young pup is well on his way to becoming a working Seeing Eye Dog.

Skyla

Skyla’s Seeing Eye Dog puppy training is coming along very nicely and she is very confident when out in public with her SEDA Puppy Carer.

Skyla has been on lots of adventures lately including trips to the supermarket, pharmacy and her local vet clinic, where she sat very patiently whilst having her weight checked.Skyla's Christmas

She loves showing everybody just how well behaved and smart she is during public outings, showing off by demonstrating all of the commands that she has learnt including sit, stay and lay down.

Being such a playful puppy, Skyla enjoys playdates with her best friend Basil the Beagle, where getting up to any kind of mischief is the name of the game. The pair’s favourite game to play when they get together is wrestling on the grass.

Skyla’s SEDA Puppy Carer says that she is well on her way to becoming a working Seeing Eye Dog who will provide independence to someone who is blind or has low vision.
