Petbarn Gift Cards can only be used to purchase select goods and services from Petbarn stores or the Petbarn website. Petbarn Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase any:

• DIY dog wash
• Mobile Dog Wash
• Training or educational classes for pets, including Petbarn Puppy School, Petbarn Dog School and Petbarn Kitten School
• Puppy School
• Dog School
• Kitten School
• Pet Insurance
• Items from any in-store vending machine
• Goods or services from any Greencross Vets clinic or other veterinary clinic or hospital in the Greencross Animal Referral and Emergency Network.

Your eGift Card and/or Physical Gift Card can be redeemed online at www.petbarn.com.au or in any Petbarn store in Australia.

You cannot buy a Physical Gift Card online. Physical Gift Cards can be purchased in any Petbarn store in Australia.

You can now use your Physical Gift Card to purchase selected items online as well as in-store. Enter the card number on the back of your gift card at checkout and place your order.

Yes. After you have selected the amount and Gift Card design, you are given the option to select the date and time the eGift Card is sent to the recipient.

Currently, our checkout system online does not allow you to combine the balance remaining on multiple Gift Cards to complete any purchase. If you have more than one Gift Card and would like to combine the remaining balance of these Gift Cards to complete a purchase online, please contact our friendly customer service team for assistance.

You should contact Petbarn immediately when you realise that you provided Petbarn with the incorrect email address so that Petbarn can try and cancel that Petbarn Gift Card before it is used by any other person, and in such circumstances Petbarn might able be to assist you by sending an eGift Card with the same loaded value or remaining value (as applicable) to the revised email address provided by you.

You should contact Petbarn immediately when you realise that your Petbarn Gift Card is lost or has been stolen, so that Petbarn can try and cancel that Petbarn Gift Card before it is used by any other person. Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, Petbarn is not obliged to replace that Petbarn Gift Card or its remaining balance.

You cannot exchange your Gift Card for a different denomination or type of Gift Card or for another tender, cash or discount.

If an eGift Card and/or Physical Gift Card is faulty, it will be replaced with an eGift Card or Physical Gift Card of the same remaining value.

A minimum of $10.00 and a maximum of $500.00 can be loaded on to a Petbarn Gift Card.

No. Once you have purchased an eGift Card or physical Gift Card you cannot change the value that was originally loaded onto that Petbarn Gift Card.

You can use your eGift Card or Physical Gift Card as many times as you want to spend the value on the Gift Card within the validity period.

eGift Cards and Physical Gift Cards expire three years from the date they were purchased from www.petbarn.com.au or a Petbarn store.

Friends For Life Loyalty Points are not earned when you purchase any eGift Card or Physical Gift Card.

Friends For Life Loyalty Points are only earned when you use any eGift Card or Physical Gift Card to make any purchase from Petbarn.
