      SMALL BREED DOG

Royal Canin classifies small breed dogs between 1-10kg at their adult weight. Small breed dogs have a greater energy needs than large dogs and will have a short and intense growth phase as puppies until they reach their adult age at 10 months. Royal Canin 'Mini' formula is for small breed dogs include Cavalier King Charles, Dachshund, Pug, Chihuahua, Jack Russell, Shih Tzu, Maltese, Beagle and Miniature Schnauzers.

      MEDIUM BREED DOG

Royal Canin classifies medium breed dogs between 11-25kg at their adult weight. Medium breed dogs go through a longer growing period than small dogs reaching adult weight at around 12 months old. Many medium breed dogs have a predisposition to weight gain so a balanced diet is important to help keep your medium breed dog in a healthy weight range. Royal Canin 'Medium' formula is for medium breed dogs including Labrador Retriever, Boxer and Bulldogs.

      LARGE BREED DOG

Royal Canin classifies large breed dogs between 25-44kg at their adult weight. Large breeds go through a longer growing period reaching adult weight around 15 months. Joint problems can be a concern for large breed dogs due to their larger frames.
