Great smell stopper and good for the environment. I find it dusty though. My daughter taught me this tip. Before adding clean litter to clean litter tray, I put the clean litter in a plastic bucket, get a spray bottle with water and I spray the litter, I then mix it all together wearing my gloves. This helps to minimise the dust and it still clumps well.
  • Crystal says...
This is the litter my cat prefers by far. It's also cheap and environmentally friendly so I love it. Works well and containing smells. I don't find it clumps in the same way that other clumping litter works but it's still a scoopable clump
  • traci says...
disappointed. I am really trying to find a compostable litter this one needs frequent changing it doesn't clump - just a wet soggy mess in tray my cat doesn't like the pelletised litters so I am going to try the corn one next
  • Ana says...
All three cats love it. Lasts forever and bread odour control
  • Cat says...
I find it the best for my cat for a couple of reasons. It's best for the environment (can be put in compost etc) does not contain any toxic chemicals & fake smells / perfumes which others seem to have (which are hormone disrupters, amongst other things) It does the job. I agree with others that it doesn't clump well which is frustrating but it's because it is more natural & doesn't contain the added ingredients to bind the way others do. All in all it's not perfect but it's a compromise. I would rather the health of our environment, pets & ourselves. My cat is happy with this product & so are we.
  • Benny’s Dad says...
If you chase after your Fluffy (or Benny) with the litter scoop as soon as they’re done, this litter may not be for you. If you’re happy to wait and let it do its thing, there’s no better product around. Follow the instructions on the package and you’ll have nice clumps that are easy to remove and what’s even more convenient, can be flushed down the loo (not suitable for septic tanks though). My little man loves scratching and scraping around the litter box so the lightweight pieces are easy to clean up and don’t track through the house. Highly recommend!
  • Kara says...
I used this for a little while and found my babies were sneezing a lot due to the dust, the clumps were okay but normally would break apart and disintegrate so it became very wet for their little paws. It's good value for money for 30 litres but I had to change the whole box within 4 days to a week.

    Best litter around
  • Kim says...
The cats love using this litter! It has just the right level of clumping and it has no odour whatsoever which is very handy in an apartment.
  • Anna says...
I only recently joined the family of cat owns. I have tried about 4 different brands of litter. I have made the mistake of overfilling the tray, and I have a kitten that loves to dig his litter and then bury his waste. The first bag of this I bought from Big W, but when I did the price comparison buying two bag for $52 works out 5 cents per litre cheaper. Not a big saving until you think about how much you use in a year. The second bag I bought was from Pet Barn. I find if I don't scope my litter as soon as it happens it dose actually clump. Also my kitten loves it. I did try Max's all natural made from rice husk (or something like that), to me the smell was horrible. All I could smell was the litter. Not to mention I got hay fever from it. Its now nicely spread over our law as its biodegradable and with all the rain we had recently we needed something to help. I tried crystals as well. These don't clump at all. They are sharp. With the kitten scratching his litter they ended on the floor and they hurt. Not to mention they have additives to stop odour. We will be staying with this product for now as its the best I have come across in the short time I have had a cat. It doesn't smell. My kitten likes it. All positives from me.
