    • irma w says... We tried various and virtually all types of litter but this is our boy's favourite. One organic type I tried he miaowed mercilessly and ended up toileting elsewhere: bathmat and even my bed. I got the message! We do use a bathmat to collect excess litter. Compared to what was used in the good ol’ days – dirt – it’s a dream!

    • Tania says... Fantastic for clumping, but very very dusty. You would need a dust mask when emptying and when scooping out the litter. Nevermind poor kitty breathing in that dust. I have another all natural clumping litter on order via post fingers crossed. I have been trying to get petbarn to stock it. Also fingers crossed

    • moni says... I find this brand excellent its the only one that actually clumps for pee from two cats and they both use it. Dust is also minimal.

    • G R says... This used to be the best litter, but now it is one of the worst. Instead of clumping, it is now like scooping wet sand. I have also bought quite a few bags which had unsealed seams, causing me to lose a lot of litter on the drive home.

    • Nicholas says... I have tried crystals, paper, pine, everything available and decided that this is the best. My observations: -Clumps extremely well and easy to scoop -Minimal odour, hardly noticible -Litter tray is always clean and dry and if you keep the little topped up,you don't have to wash the tray weekly. -Tracking will always be there for any litter type and I resolved it by placing a dirt mat in front of the littler exit (using enclosed litter tray). I have not seen any trace of the litter stuff anywhere else I tried mixing it with TroubleTrix Lavender scent clumping litter. Worked fine too, the kitties had no problem.

    • DH says... This litter is absolutely awful. It consists of a clay dust so fine that it will literally settle over EVERYTHING - even with the Animates covered litter box. I felt like I needed to wear some kind of surgical or gas mask when scooping this stuff, and it covered every available surface around it in the dusty clay powder. The only good thing that I can say about this litter is that it does clump, and it clumps well. It's also relatively cheap. But I've switched to a fantastic wheat litter now, and while it's more expensive, I would rather have that than have to go near this terrible stuff again. Aside from being potentially hazardous to anyone with allergies or asthma in a household, I noticed that my cat's eyes did get pretty gunky too - this hasn't been an issue since I switched litters. All in all, go for some kind of recycled paper or wheat litter or crystals... or pretty much anything that isn't this. When I first bought it, the Petbarn assistant noticed the packaging was really dusty and said it must have been sitting on the shelf for a while. But no, that was just the dust from the actual contents on the packet - wish I'd known that before I bought it! I don't normally write product review, but this litter filled me with such impotent, dust cloud rage that I had to write one. Just avoid it at all costs!!!

    • Fiona says... This is the only litter one of my cats will use... any other litter in the tray and he will use the carpet! Dust not a problem, though they do kick it out of the tray, but have broom/vacuum and carpets aren't soiled

    • Mallygal says... We tried many different litters for our cat, who frequently used the bathtub, sink, tiles etc. we realised it was the coarseness of the litter she didn't like. After changing to this fine litter, she has used her box exclusively. We are all much happier not having to clean up messes, and she's as tidy as anything now. No other litters provided this. It sorted our issues out. Great product, and there are mothers that compare.
