TERMS AND CONDITIONS for the PETBARN Super Premium Food $25,000 per month Give-away Promotion

1. The promoter is Petbarn Limited ABN 78 001 802 759 Level 1, 175 McEvoy Street, Alexandria, NSW; Telephone: 02 8595 3333
2. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Entry is only open to customers who purchase any 1kg + bag of dry Super Premium Dog or Cat Food and is a member/joins 'Friends for Life' club.
4. There will be 3 monthly draws, each with a prize of $25,000. The October Promotion commences at 5am AEDST on 1/10/2008 and finishes at 12pm AEDST on 31/10/2008. The November Promotion commences at 5am AEDST on 1/11/2008 and finishes at 12pm AEST on 30/11/2008. The December Promotion commences at 5am AEDST on 1/12/2008 and finishes at 12pm AEDST on 31/12/2008. This is referred to as the "Promotion Period". Entries received after this time will not be valid.
5. To enter, complete and submit the in-store entry form during the Promotion Period and you will be entered into the draw. The entry form will require address, contact numbers, and email address details. By entering the draw, you acknowledge that you have read and understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
6. Petbarn employees and their immediate families, and/or any agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
7. The prize is 3 monthly draws of $25,000. The total value of the Prize is $75,000. The winner also receives a Petbarn account with a credited balance of $1000 to be used for the purchase of Super Premium food only.
8. The Prize will be drawn at 5pm on the 12th day of the following month at Petbarn offices - Level 1, 175 McEvoy St, Alexandria, NSW; Ph: 02 8595 3333
9. The first valid entry drawn will win the Prize. Entries must be received by midnight AEDST on 31/10/08, 30/11/2008 and 31/12/2008 to be eligible for the prize draw.
10. The Prize winner will be notified by telephone and by mail. The name and postcode of the winner will be published on the Petbarn website.
11. If the Prize is unclaimed for 14 days a second chance draw will be conducted at Petbarn Level 1, 175 McEvoy Street, Alexandria, NSW at 5pm AEDST. The winner of the second chance draw will be notified by telephone and by mail and their name and postcode will be published on the Petbarn website
12. This promotion is one of a game of chance. All valid entries will form part of a random draw.
13. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
14. Petbarn reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process.
15. The Prize is non-transferable. No responsibility will be taken for the winner's loss of the prize or failure to meet the entry conditions, nor will compensation be payable if the winner is unable to use the Prize as stated.
16. Petbarn accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize. The result of any draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. Petbarn reserves the right to request a winner to provide proof of identity. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit their prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
18. Petbarn may require the winner of the Promotion to partake in any media exposure, including but not limited to promotional, marketing and publicity activities without any further reference or payment or other compensation.
19. All entries become the property of Petbarn and all personal information provided by entrants will be stored at Petbarn address. The winner's personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments as required by law.
