For the best treatment in cat and dog boarding kennels, Petbarn has teamed up with Hanrob Pet Hotels in Sydney and Melbourne, the leaders in pet care to offer hassle free pet boarding. You can now conveniently drop off and pick up your pet at a selection of Petbarn stores.

An air conditioned pet shuttle service will come and collect your pet for FREE from one of the participating Petbarn stores and transfer them to one of the Hanrob Pet Hotels.

3 Easy Steps

STEP 1: All you need to do is Call Hanrob or visit the website in your area and they will book you in for a pickup and delivery.

STEP 2: Once your pet's accommodation is confirmed your pet will need to arrive at our store prior to 10am for pick up.

STEP 3: Your pet will be ready after 3pm on the day you are ready to pick up your pet.
